He enjoys a life with variety and experiences: a good restaurant, a museum, coffee on a terrace, discovering a beautiful city or simply getting in the car for a road trip. Scandinavia holds a special place in his heart, and he has also enjoyed exploring England, Ireland and Scotland by car. He feels equally at home on the water, whether sailing or boating, preferably surrounded by the elements.
At home, he loves to cook and is more than happy to make an occasion of it. An elaborate Indonesian rijsttafel with as many different dishes as possible is something he particularly enjoys. Music is also a big part of his life. Elvis has been a favourite for many years, while his taste ranges from music of the seventies and eighties to jazz, country and occasionally classical music.
He takes good care of himself and exercises several times a week, including personal training. At the same time, life does not need to revolve entirely around sporting achievements or long walks and bike rides. It is precisely the variety he enjoys: culture and nature, being at home and travelling, a meaningful conversation and simply enjoying life together.
In a relationship, he is someone who wants a woman to feel seen, loved and secure. He is not looking for a copy of himself, but for someone who brings something new to his world. A warm, intelligent and independent woman, ideally between 55 and 65, with a youthful appearance and a life of her own. Someone who is intellectually curious, enjoys good company and knows what matters to her.
